It was Canada Day today - and it was a practically perfect day. The weather was perfect; I took Dad and Boyce to the Hawryluks for the traditional Canada Day breakfast (great food/great company) - then watched Andy Murray get trounced in the semi final of Wimbledon (ok, so the day wasn't perfect) - in between games I watched the Will and Kate Canada Day celebrations. Then I took Dad and Boyce down to Lics for another ice-cream (this has to stop) - and then finished the day with my FIRST long (6km) walk of the season.
