After a lovely day at Alyson's lake home, we made the 4 hour journey home. As usual we scoured the landscape for any interesting signs of wildlife...I've always wanted to see a real live bear in the wild, I've driven through the mountains countless times, and I think I'm the only Albertan that hasn't seen one....until now....
and there he was - larger than life and enjoying a little snack on the side of the road. One more thing off the bucket list!
